Arrival of the damaged product:

Should the customer contact our assistance center? Within 4 working days, upon receipt of the goods.

Please note :

If the outdoor packaging is damaged, torn, damaged, etc.

- Please confirm with the stamp of the transport company.


Subsequently sent us a photo of the package with details.

Send us also the documentation of the carrier with the complaint number.

We will provide a replacement or full refund according to your needs.


The outdoor packaging is in good condition but the item does not work:

- Send us a photo of the article/package received with details describing the problem.

- After checking all the required information, we will provide you with a replacement or full refund depending on your needs.


Missing or sent in a bad package:

1. Send us by e-mail your order number and the product code (SKU number).

2. Please send us the exterior packaging, the shipping label, the weight of the package and clear images of the items you have received.


14 days of withdrawal:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days and it is still in the condition you have received (including a new packaging), you can simply return it to us in order to obtain your refund . Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment. The return / transport costs being borne by the customer.

For orders over 25 kg, a penalty of 100 euros, corresponding to delivery costs, will be deducted from the refund.

Regarding payments in installments, transaction fees will also be deducted from the refundable amount for orders above 500 euros.
