1 Accelerator only

2 Pedal with Electric Assistance
This mode does not give power than when you start pedaling.

3 Pedal only
As the name suggests, just pedal and go.
Riding an e-bike in pedal-only mode essentially turns off the "e" in eBike - it's like riding a conventional bike without power.
Pedal-only mode is a great way to get exercise on weekend hikes.
