Pour commencer je suis tres content de mon achat . Le vélo est vraiment a la hauteur voir plus de ce que j'attendais . Livraison par ups offert pour ma part ; rien a dire dessus . Concernant les conseillers au top . On peut les contacter mêmes le soir sur le chat .J ai fais une demande pour recevoir le certificat de conformité un samedi soir sur le chat , je l'ai recu 5 minutes apres . Un grand merci

Bonjour apres avoir acheté mon engwe pro il y a 10 mois 2340 klm au compteur je peux dire que je suis tres satisfait , Performance la batterie n'a pas bougé . En 10 mois j ai changer les plaquettes de freins ,et ajouté du liquide de frein aussi .
