Auto-Rising Dual Extruders

D1000 is embedded with a new smart auto-rising dual-extruder kit with a temperature of up to 420 ℃. The hotend can be replaced to different size one fastly. It is able to print not only huge PLA + water solubility materials PVA for prototypes with the fastest speed, but also ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Flexible, and more high-performance materials for direct application.

Camera Control Technology

Camera control technology allows customers to control the printing process on speed, pause, temp, etc. , with an APP remotely, which can get the best printing quality in the shortest time without failure. A very useful feature on large models and long-time printing.

Auto Leveling Platform

Use of 100 points through the high precision servo probe to save the level of platform flatness data at the initial, through the Z-axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.

HEPA Air Filter

The air filter system can adsorb impurities and gases that are generated by printing special filaments like ABS, Nylon, and PC, which are safer and environmentally protected, and are more suitable for houses, schools, and office space.

Accurate Linear Rail

When it reaches 1000mm+ length, small rails have big deflection. The D1000 accurate linear rail structure is very thick and strong. It won’t deform or lose precision after printing the head million times shock.

Servo Motors

With servo motors, timeliness, fast response, no inertia, no delay. closed-loop control of position overcomes the problem of losing step. heat and noise are significantly reduced. It gives print models ultra-high performance with high speed.

Outage Restore & Filament Detection

The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. Lower the platform and withdraw the filament when the power is off suddenly. It will continue to print from the last stopped point after powering on. The printer will avoid invalid printing by stopping printing and warning when filament runs out.

Hot Chamber & Filament Dry Room

60°C hot chamber ensures print quality for high-performance materials. The fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference. Also, this frame can reduce noise and provide constant temperature so that the model won't deform. The filament dry room provides chamber temperatures of 45°C and 65°C to dry 2*5kg/roll filaments like PLA, nylon, PC, ABS, and other materials with water absorption.
